Stomper Lawn Care & Pressure Washing Services

Agreement to Terms
By hiring or using services from Stomper Lawn Care & Pressure Washing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We offer lawn care and landscaping services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weed control
- Fertilization
- Leaf removal
- Yard cleanup
- Seasonal services
Specific services, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement, estimate, or invoice.
Scheduling & Access
- Clients must provide reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days.
- Locked gates, pets, or obstacles that prevent service may result in a skipped visit and/or additional charges.
- We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur fees of 10% per month.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.
Pricing & Changes
- Prices are subject to change based on property condition, size, or service complexity.
- Additional charges may apply for overgrown lawns, excessive debris, or special requests.
- Clients will be notified of any pricing changes in advance when possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Clearly mark property boundaries if unclear
- Remove or secure personal items from service areas
- Inform us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards
- Keep pets safely secured during service times
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.
Weather Policy
- Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather.
- Wet conditions may affect mowing quality; we may postpone service to protect your lawn and our equipment
Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
Liability
- We take reasonable care while servicing your property.

Liability for any proven damages caused by us is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24–48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe, including aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or dangerous terrain.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
